Our server Paulo was amazing. Very friendly and attentive. Food was tasty especially the chicken teriyaki and salt and pepper squid.
Had a great lunch here with my family before boarding our flight! The teriyaki chicken was crispy and servers and the manager were very friendly. Would recommend coming here if you want a bite before departing!
As an American and arriving to London for the first time, I figure to pass time (waiting for my hotel check in), it would be great to enjoy my first English breakfast. I know it’s a no frills, hard to cook wrong classic dish... but it was indeed a nice welcome to London. Food was delicious and prepare and cooked fairly quickly. Krisztina was my server, and was so accommodating and sweet. Always checked up on me periodically. The hospitality was wonderful and glad she was my server.
Great location before grabbing your flight. The food was delicious and there was great selection. The prices were reasonable. And the service was immaculate. They promise to prioritize you making your flight by saying all food will be brought speedily or if you need to change to takeaway, they can facilitate it. Heavily recommend.
I am a big fan of Giraffe and this one is quite nice. The food came very fast which is great when in a an airport. The staff is very lovely and helpful, finding me a table near a socket so I could charge my phone.
